Discreet Shipping

You’re orders are shipped in a plain, recyclable cardboard box with the sender labeled as "Zhen Distribution, Inc." instead of InnerVibe. Our shipping boxes make no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations.

All orders are guaranteed to ship out within 48 hours of order receipt from one of our distribution centers in the United States. Standard delivery service is via Fedex or USPS ground (unless requested otherwise) and typically takes up to a week throughout the United States.

All international orders are shipped via Fedex International Economy unless requested otherwise. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable in the country of delivery.
