If you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused with 14 days of receipt for a credit, refund or exchange.

Due to the personal nature in which our products are used, we cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.

Only manufacturer defects or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for return. The defected merchandise must be returned, unopened in the original packaging.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, you must report the damages to InnerVibe Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you must file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. Please save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

Please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. To return products to InnerVibe, please call us toll free at (866)-943-6872 to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Repack the product with the packing slip in its original packaging and make sure to reference the RMA number in the return shipping address:

For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, USPS) and retain your receipt and tracking number. InnerVibe is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
