Submit a Video Testimonial with your review or tips on any of InnerVibe’s sensual products and receive a FREE VIBRATING RING with your next online purchase! No minimum order required. Requirements:
Entries must be the original work of the participant. You must have the expressed written consent of any individual featured in your entry. Submissions featuring nudity or profanity will not be eligible for a FREE VIBRATING RING. Participants must provide a valid email address. Unless requested, InnerVibe will list Participant’s first name with video submissions. If you would like your name to remain anonymous, please indicate with your submission.
Legal Notice:
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Must be 18 years or older. Entries may not contain brand names, trademarks or company logos other than InnerVibe TM.
Use of Submissions:
UPON TRANSMISSION TO INNERVIBE.COM SUBMISSIONS ARE PART OF THE CAMPAIGN OFFER AND MAY NOT BE REMOVED BY PARTICIPANT, EVEN IF SUBMISSION OR PARTICIPANT ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THE CONTEST. All Submissions, which include Participant’s video and first name, are posted on InnerVibe.com and are available to be viewed by anyone with access to the Internet. All Submissions remain on InnerVibe.com in perpetuity or for as long as InnerVibe deems appropriate to archive. Upon submission, InnerVibe will have the right to use all Submissions in merchandising, advertising, marketing or promotion or for any other commercial or non- commercial purpose in connection with the Campaign Offer, or InnerVibe without additional compensation to the participant. Participants hereby irrevocably grant to InnerVibe a perpetual, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully-paid license and right to use, distribute, make derivative works from and otherwise exploit the Submission, in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity. Participants hereby forever waive and relinquish all so-called "moral rights (droit moral)" now or hereafter recognized. Participants agree InnerVibe shall have sole discretion in determining the extent and manner of use of Submissions and are not obligated to use any Submission.
Your Use of Your Submissions:
Participants may post and distribute Submissions as they choose (e.g., on your websites and profile pages); provided, however, that if Submission includes Sponsor Content, any required copyright notices must be included and the license to use the Sponsor Content is subject to your strict compliance with the listed Requirements of this Campaign Offer.
